Ciao to everybody! My name is Gimo and I live in northern east of Italy in a small town in the midst of Prosecco's historical area (unfortunately for a homebrewer 
) . I have been a lazy homebrewer for at least 10 years, not lazy because I'm not serious but because I'm not a heavy drinker so my beers became "mature" in my cellar . I'm an AG brewer and I've tried some styles (British ales, Stouts and Pilsner), my favourite is definitively Bohemian Pilsner! I'm just trying in the next few weeks some Brewdog DIY (one of them will be the present for my GF 40's). OK, that's it
