Hello all! Checking in from the beer lovin' Midwest. Northern Wisconsin girl originally, transplanted to Chicago 20 years ago. This means I heard a coupla things about beer, but still love me an Old Fashioned. Really glad to have found this site; it's been a wonderful help with our brewing. We are 6 days away from drinking the first beer we planned with the recipe engine (a nice rye). The second one (a winter spicer) is mocking us by being awesome so far, but still in secondary. Looking forward to making tons more Cheers!
