Changing PPG

    If i know the extraction coarse grind, as is from the malt analysis. How do i change the default number of a grain?

    To get from extract efficiency (coarse grind) to PPG, multiply the percentage value by 46.

    e.g. if the malt analysis shows 79%, 0.79 x 46 = 36 PPG
    This has to be entered as a custom fermentable
