California Common

Hey there,

This will be my third brew, and I'm planning on doing it twice to get down some sort of brew consistency. It is for a 1 US gallon all-grain brew.

How do you guys think it is? I already have the grain so I can't change that, but was unsure about the mash thickness and hop additions...

That's about the same as what I've been brewing for a California Common. Northern Brewer is the key. I've used s05 and California lager yeast and the differences are very subtle, but I'd keep the lager yeast as you have it just so you can brew to style then change it up later if you want.
Should make good beer!
