Getting this on in the morning.Another take on a Brewdog ale,slightly altered.
Pale Malt 400 grm
Crystal 90L 5 grm
Roast Barley 50 grm
Black Malt 4 Grm
Oats 65 grm
Brown malt 20 grm
Liquid extract 454 grm start of boil
Challenger pellets 3 grm 60 mins
Bramling X "" 3 grm 30 min
Challenger "" 3 grm 30 mins
Protofloc tablet x 1/4 15 mins
5 litre batch. 5 litre mash x 60 min. 2.75 litre dunk sparge
expected OG 1048
Expected FG 1.011
ABV 5.01%
SRM 23.76
IBU 34.97

Just got this into the FV,topped up with a bit of cold water that actually took it to 5.50 litres. Got 1.046 so quite happy with that.lovely aroma on the boil:D.
