Hello All, I have been brewing for about 12 years staring with a couple of kits and then for the next ten year extracts/grain before finally taking the leap last year to all grain brewing. Its taken me about five batches to get this down and I recently finished two batches that are spectacular and just in time for Christmas. Yesterday I sampled my newly botttled Holiday Spice Ale (recipe from this site) and it is better than I could have ever imagined.Thanks.
 
Sweet! All grain is a rewarding nut to crack for sure. Glad you are enjoying the site! San Diego - man I love the weather down there.
