Someone dropped these off for me
Anyone read any of these

I have the Brew Master’s Bible and the Big Book of Beer. A little dated, there are likely some good recipes in the Master book. The Big Book of Beer is interesting, but dated.

I found the bible to be lacking. I guess I was really expecting something like How To Brew, and got less. Nothing incorrect, just less comprehensive.

the beer lovers guide was fun to browse the beers and breweries that were around in 1994
some are still around some not
I don't put much stock in rating guides though

i have received all of those books from family members and friends as presents. Honestly i think i thumbed through the extreme brewing book, but most of them were either regifted or have been collecting dust on a book shelf.

Yeah these were all hand me downs
I may keep the extreme brewing for the food recipes
A couple good beer dips
Has some beer recipes that may be fun
They are extract so need to convert to grain
A couple of charts for spices and fruits for how much to use and such

The big book of beer has some cool pictures cut that up and repurpose maybe something under a table top or bar top

The Brewmaster's Bible was my go-to back in the day. Outdated now, but still some useful information on brewing techniques. The recipes are solid, but understand the available ingredients were different 30 years ago :)
