    Looks to be a fairly solid Cali common recipe, although the water treatment given would have to be adjusted for individual water supplies. Without the original water analysis that might be a problem For the next community recipe we could start with this and let each give it their indivdual "spin".

    You are correct. The water treatment that I used is not correct. I've only recently figured out water chemistry and will be making changes in future videos/recipes.

    If you do go down the water chemistry path, you will have to adjust for the water you are brewing with.
