Brewery visits

I'm going to be in SoCal in February, heading from San Diego up to Orange, and I'm looking for some places to visit. I'm flying into SD and then driving up to Encinitas, so I'll actually be pretty close to Stone Brewery and I plan to check that out Monday night. Then I have some meetings Tuesday and will be in Orange/Santa Ana that evening. It's a quick hitter, but I was hoping for some recommendations. I see that Karl Strauss is near my hotel, so that's an option. Newport Beach Brewing Co. is nearby as well. Recommendations are more than welcome though.

There are some great breweries along your route. In Placentia (North OC), there is The Bruery which specializes in Belgian styles. Really outstanding place, but can get quite crowded. In Orange, there is Valiant Brewing and Old Orange Brewing. Nearby Anaheim has Noble Ale Works, the Anaheim Brewery (noted for its German style beers). There are others in Newport, Irvine and Fullerton.
