Brew Steps on iPhone

I normally use my iPhone for my brew day. I noticed that the brew steps are now orderable by dragging and dropping which is really nice. However, on the iPhone it makes it nearly impossible to scroll the screen with a finger drag, because the site thinks you're trying to re-order the brew steps.

Maybe the best solution would be to have a little drag handle on each instruction instead of having the whole column draggable?

I'm also having issues on my Android phone (Chrome browser). Not being able to check off brew steps and get timers is a show-stopper for me.
