Brew steps bottom bar

Is there are way to hide the brew steps bottom bar on the brew session page on the site?

Since it's not possible to edit the brew steps and the it doesn't fit my process, I don't use it. It does take up quite some screen estate. I tried to get rid of it my ticking all the steps, but that doesn't seem to work properly. It's waiting for me to put it on primary fermentation. I've done that a few times, but won't register (in the meantime it's progressed to secondary).

An option to hide this feature would be appreciated!

We are discussing that very issue right now! Some folks love the feature- others (including me) don't like it since I use a netbook and it covers half my screen. We are working on making it editable as well.

@Ozarks, was you comment directed at me? If so, please elaborate as I don't quite get what you mean. I realize I can hide part of the page by using the browser's inspector window, but I'd have to do that at every refresh. Or is there a more persistent way?
