Knocked up a 5 litre batch yesterday afternoon.Had some spray malt kicking about so cut back on some Irish malt and added some spray malt to compensate.Anyway,recipie here-
5 litre batch,2.75 litre dunk sparge. 60 min boil.65c mash for 60 min.
825 grm Irish Ale malt
110 grm Irish Lager malt
35 grm Carahell
35 grm Crystal 140L
110 grm light spraymalt.-----added at start of boil
3 grm Ahtanum 60 min
3 grm Chinook 60 min
3 grm Chinook 30 min
1/2 protofloc tablet 15 min
3 grm Ahtanum 10 min
3 grm Chinook Flame out
3 grm Motueka Flame out
5 grm Motueka 80c Aroma stand 15 mins
Probable dry hop,5 grm Motueka for 5 days
1/2 pack US Pale yeat (Crossmyloof Brewery)
Expected OG 1052 Actual OG 1050
Expected FG 1.010
Expected ABV 5.35%
