Maybe people already do this, but after 13 years, discovered that if you chill the bottles before you fill them on a counter pressure rig. You get zero foam! Zero!

Maybe people already do this, but after 13 years, discovered that if you chill the bottles before you fill them on a counter pressure rig. You get zero foam! Zero!

Yep! I stick the empty bottles in the freezer, put my regulator on about 2 psi, fill them ice cold (cold beer, cold bottles) and get almost no foam, then cap.

Been doing that for years. It indeed makes a difference.
