Blowoff tube or airlock

LOL,......well then I guess I will hear it when it hits the ceiling!

I moved it to cooler space in the cellar last night as I had it in space were was about 64 F but when I saw the thermometer on the side of the bubbler at 74, I figured it would be better in the basement at 50. I just took a look at it and the glass temp is showing 65 and we are still bubbling away.
Thats a serious party they are throwing in there for a 10deg diff fron ambient.

Yeah...well Daddy's home and it looks like the parts is over....the strip thermometer says 54 F and the ambient is more like 49 right now so we are talking about another drop in a 12 to 13 hours. Did these guys party a little too hardy and now we are stalled?? WTF? IIs it time to warm these guys up a little? Give 'em a shake? I am not seeing any ooze out of the blowout tube, no gas bubbles in my catch jar. It's the first time that I'm using Danstar Winsor and I pitched 15 grams that I rehydrated.

Check your gravity, it might be nearly done.

Dry yeast can have a fast ferment. And windsor doesn't ferment it too low.
Thanks Hogarth! Perhaps I should put a little warm to the fermenter and get that party restarted? It sounds like you guys think I should check the SG...…?

I would, you never know. Not hard to check.
