Blow Off

1" blow off tube into a cut off milk jug with santizer water in it:
Got my first big one .. it's gone over the apex of the curve of the tube and dirtied up the santizer water.

So, should I be concerned about changing out the sanitizer water? Once it draws back a bit? Now? Or is it best to just let it run it's course and rack as normal in 2 weeks?

(I'll admit that I'm little full in the carboy - over shot it just a tad trying to nut it out zero top off water, but it's cool to see this kind of action).

I will clean mine out every 3-4 days, and when it settles fit a normal airlock.
