    Hey All,

Looking for some feedback on my grain bill on a black barleywine. I made a black IPA a little while ago so I somewhat based the dark grains on the ones I used then. Any help would be appreciated. Probably going to go with some American hops on this one like Galena, Chinook, Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, etc...

Well it seriously needs some hops!

Here's what I did for my '08 barley wine:
    2oz Magnum, 90 minutes
    1oz Amarillo, 60 minutes
    1oz Amarillo, 10 minutes
    2oz Centennial, 10 minutes
1oz Goldings, Dry hop in secondary

Your Barleywine recipe isn't public. No biggy, but I brewed a dark barleywine recently - I was kind of curious about your grist.

Ah yeah I was editing it so I made it not public. I actually went and talked to the guys at my local homebrew store and they steered me in a direction that they thought would be pretty good. I basically just added in some dark crystal and some carafa III but I am going to make it public again...
