Brewing this tomorrow; same grainbill as last month's batch, but completely different hops.

I'm pretty sure that willammette was bred from fuggle.

I stand corrected. Still a good traditional English hop

Just for the heck of it I double milled the grains and got 1.040. Last month with the same grainbill I ended up with 1.031 for 3.4 gallons which I figured worked out to 1.035 if I'd have gotten only three gallons.
