I probably wouldn’t bother with the 5 minute Tettnanger. A Hefe doesn’t have hops aromas. But 3/4 oz won’t do much, good or bad.

We started at 6:05 am with water pulled but not hot.
Wrapped up, Cleaned up and home at 10am.
Pitched at 9 pm and activity at 5 am the next morning.
Spunding started on Wednesday. Most likely will keg on Monday.
I'll have too get a Pic when we sample it on Sunday
