Ok, got it. So since I started with 5.5 gal water but ended up with 3.2 after cooling and an initial trub dump, how should I have entered my water levels? Should I have entered "kettle" and measured immediately after whirlpooling? After cooling? Just trying to get this right. Thanks much.

Thanks much. I'll figure it out. Meanwhile ... the beer has been 3 weeks in the bottle and it tastes pretty nice - and as expected.
