SNPA is one of my favorite brews. I tried one clone but it was lacking the IBU's and just didn't taste right.
This is my first time trying to create a recipe. I know the SNPA has been cloned hundreds of times and this one is probably no different than the others.
It's close to other recipes I've looked at. Give me feedback.

Batch Size: 2.75 gallon BIAB
Efficiency: 72%
OG: 1.052
FG: 1.010
IBU: 38.56
ABV: 5.59
SRM: 8.80
Boil: 60 min

4.75 lb Pale 2 Row 87.2%
.70 lb Crystal 40 12.8%
.25 Magnum @ 60
.16 Perle @ 30
1 oz Cascade @ 0
Mash @ 153 for 65 min
Mash out @ 170 for 10 min
Boil 60 min
US-05

Question: for the 1 oz Cascade @ 0 would I simply add this to the hop bag and allow to sit until the wort cools to pitching temps?

yes but usually you whirlpool, if you dont have a pump, just stir as often as you can

No pump here.... Just stiring them in and steeping works very well, too.

i just put them in my hop bag i used during the boil.
