There are two options for batch size target. One is fermenter, and the other is kettle. What is the difference between the two? Obviously, you'll have more in the kettle than you'll put in the fermenter, because you leave the trub behind. What are the implications of selecting one option or the other? In other words, if I select fermenter, what is the kettle equivalent?
