I used to brew in the nineties and stopped. Kids work whatever. After about a fifteen year lul I have decided to get back into it and the resources now are amazing. My beer is not that good so far by my standards but I used to brew a good beer. I have brewers in my MTB group and the bar is pretty high. That combined with my ability to get brewery fresh craft beer makes the task to not only brew good but great beer. I am not there right now. My range of what I like is pretty wide. I want to get a few beers down as staples and consistent and go from there. Need to refine my process. I went to all grain years ago as I felt the flavour profile was better. I am having trouble with hitting efficiencies.
