As a paying member with 20+ recipes, why can't I add more?

Trying to add recipes and I keep getting defaulted to "need to upgrade". Am I cut off from adding recipes at 25?

If this is the case, I don't have a problem deleting/altering existing ones however I don't recall the rules when I upgraded my trial version 2 years ago.
