Anyone have a good milkshake IPA recipe?

A buddy of mine I make beer for asked if I could make him one, but I've never put any time or thought into this area. Anyone know of a good recipe I can rip off?

I did a sour orange creamsicle a bit ago if you're interested. Pretty darn good but needed a crap ton of orange zest

Would dried orange peel work in it's place you figure? Cause I have a bunch of that already.

It probably could? It might not be as bright of a taste if that makes sense.
I've also heard the store bought stuff tends to have more pith
