I’m ready to do my next brew, can anybody recommend a good punchy APA recipe with big hop aroma?

This one is standard and pretty close to SNPA.

90% Two Row
10% Crystal 60

You want an OG of 151

Single step infusion at 152F for 60 minutes. Batch sparge at 168

Boil for 60 minutes

Magnum at 60 for 13 IBU
Perle at 30 for 5 IBU
Cascade at flameout for 21 IBU
let it sit or whirlpool for around 20 minutes.

Chill to pitching temp around 68F
pour into fermenter and aerate

Pitch 1 sachet of US-05

Let it go until around 1.010. U actually usually get 1.08 with that yeast.

Dry Hop with a couple of ounces of Cascade for three or four days.

Bottle or Keg.

This is my base APA but I do experiment with other hops I just have an affinity for piney citrusy APA's and this is the original.

The above recipe should be good for a classic APA. You can always add more 2 row for higher alcohol or more flame out or dry hop for more hop flavor/aroma. Or more hops earlier in the boil for more bitterness. I like adding about a pound of dark Munich malt for a more malty pale ale. But it's a good starting point for experiments.
