First Wort is given a 20 minute boil time, and Mash is given a 5 minute boil time. A 30 minute hops addition will contribute substantial bitterness, so I would suggest marking that as a boil addition. Aroma additions are generally for 5 minutes or less, but they are treated the same in terms of IBUs. There is another thread going with the idea of adding 'Whirlpool' and 'Hop Back' as additional hop use options. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=338
