Hi, I'm 54 years young and have been exploring all grain brewing since November 2015. (Dabbled a bit with kit brewing some 25 years ago though, with not so good results.)
This time I went for a compact brewer - the BeerBrew 30, gen. 3 - and was amazed at the quality of the beer coming out of this setup. Got about 18 batches on the BB30, mostly wheat beers and a few IPAs, before I upgraded to the all new BB60 Automatic. Made my first batch of lager on that one, and it came out absolutely fantastic!
So, the BB60 now turns out a 50-liter batch every two weeks, and I'm also starting to make my own recipes (loving the recipe builder here!). Most of my beers are kegged (Corny kegs) but a small portion of each batch also ends up in bottles.
