Looking at this recipe. Going to use extract instead of real coconut.

No details in recipe about when to add the American - Dark Chocolate - (late boil kettle addition). Would you do 15 minutes remaining in the boil in a bag? Is this for color, aroma, or some flavor?

That's got to be a mistake- maybe the add it to the mash tun as a late addition, not the boil?

I have an oktoberfest recipe that calls for a " late boil addition " of a grain. Never did it though. Too scared, and it would surely muck up the pump.

You could use a hop spider, but still seems weird

That would be the right time for adding dextrose sugars etc. maybe they actually added dark chocolate(chips, bars, whatever). I would not toss grain right into the kettle.
