I’ve been brewing AG beers, ciders, wines and Meade since the 70’s. Does anybody have a good Websters penine bitter clone recipe? I was in the UK in the late 80’s and early 90’s and it was my favorite bitter. I would like to make an all grain to show my 40 year old son how to brew, to pass this and my equipment and skill along to the next generation. Any takers?

dvd.merkel@gmail.com if you want to communicate directly with me.
Cheers

Hey fellow cool guy. Thanks for the answer. I’m new to the brewers friend and have no idea yet how to maneuver my way around. I agree it’s a great place to start. I forgot about my copy of Dave Lines book. I’ll have to dig it up.
Cheers! And Sliante!!

That’s great. If you find any new wisdom on the bitter, please update us.
