adjusting fermentablity of grains

    Is there any way to adjust the fermentablity of different grains? eg sugars from steeped crystal which are less fermentable than sugars from malt extract

    just the entire brew not individual grains, you control it by changing brew house efficiency and custom yeast attenuation
