Adding Watermelon to Belgian Blonde

I recently brewed a belgian blonde and was thinking about racking it on top of some watermelon, I know the most popular watermelon is wheat but Im looking to do something a little out of the norm.

Belg Pilsner 9lb 13oz
Munich 1lb
Biscuit 5.3oz
Melanoiden 3.5

Sty. Golding 1.36oz 60min
Saaz .71 30min
Table sugar 10.6oz 15min
mash temp 158
WLP 530 yeast

the only watermelon beer i've had was New Belgium's Heavy Melon, http://www.newbelgium.com/beer/heavy-melon, and i seriously enjoyed that beer. Super drinkable, good watermelon character too. I'd take some notes from them. I also know that Ballast Point makes a beer called Watermelon Dorado, i haven't tried it yet, though.
