Hello everyone.
I had some issues my last brew yesterday
Because i move all my (homebrew) equipment new location
First of all i have problem with heating elements and the boil was to low as picture..
I hade i small hot break, anyway i complete the boil and i transfer directly in the bucket
Let it chill overnight and pitch the dry (us 05) yeast this morning at 19 Celsius without aeration
2 questions, because of low boil beer will have a lot of proteins , how this will effect the beer?
2 nd , because of no aeration, dry yeast probably will not have problem, right?
Btw i had very good efficiency

I think it'll be alright. I used to boil 3 gallons on an electric stove and never had a vigorous boil. Still made beer

And yes, the dry yeast does not require as much aeration as liquid
i wanted also to test it, i haven't aerate at all to see what hapen

Second this. You may end up with some haze and excessive head retention, but it will still be beer

That boil looks fine. As long as it's bubbling and jumping and not just simmering, it should be vigorous enough. I think pH is at least as critical as boil vigor in getting proteins to settle out

I agree with them, no problem.

You'll be fine :)
