My recipe calls for dry hopping after 7 days and kegging or bottling after 7 days. I'm assuming I shouldn't do both the same day. I'm brewing a hazy New England IPA. Any help or advice is welcome.
Mash high 155, Ferment at 62 till krausen drops, slowly raise to 72 and add dry hops. Rack to keg/bottles 7 days later. No finings. Serve when carbed.

sounds about right just be careful if you keg to vent the air with co2 not to clog the dip tube with hops so a canister would work the best
