5l mini keg blunder

"Tapped" a 5l minikeg today and realized I had a bad bung. No seal, totally flat. It's been conditioning for 3 weeks.

I replaced the bung with a new one. Is it too late?
 
Yeast. Thus my concern. I assume it has consumed all the sugar.
 
you might try to add more sugar otherwise find someone with a co2 set up

The bottles came out great

I will check in a week for any sign of carbonation.

Otherwise, I may save it and combine with a future batch? Interesting experiment?
