3 Gallon Imperial or Barley Wine

So I have a couple of 5 gallon carboys laying around and I wanted to brew something interesting. A Barley Wine, Imperial Stout, etc... but there are many to choose from and most of the recipes are not for 3 gallons. Anyone out there have a nice recipe for something like this at the 3 gallon mark? I'll admit I am being a little lazy but so be it, I'll try whatever sounds nice. I am a BIAB brewer as well.

you can scale any recipe, just go to Tools, copy, edit, recipe tools, scale, at the top just put 3.5 or 3.25 then save then view and brew
