I have never brewed an official NEIPA or WCIPA, but have brewed some that are close. While they may improve quicker, the flavor is better a week or two later.

I kegged my Brother Smithwick's Saturday before the monthly zoom. Last night I had several glasses of it. It has cleared and carbed up nicely and tastes great! Thank You @Barbarian Brewer for the great recipe.
