We just got our 2012 hops in! We currently have Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe! Get them while there here. We only got a limited supply and some are already out until next year. Brian
I appreciate the word, but I've spent about all I can on hops for the time being. I've got a pretty healthy supply of the ones you mention. Those are some tasty ones though. For me, you can go Citra/Amarillo/anydamnthing and it's going to be awesome every time. I've got a couple of lbs of Simcoe and Centennial in store as well.
Nice stock pile! Last year, knowing the unique characteristics of some of the hops, I tried to estimate and buy enough for the entire year. We ran out in July. This was much later than most shops, but I really want to have them available all the time. This year, their was a restriction on how much we could buy right out of the gate. So, I have some now but will not likely have them for as long as I did last year. Brian
