Interesting video i came across. He builds what is called a Union Set which is essentially an open fermentation system that collects the yeast in a tray above the mini kegs and disperses the wort amongst the individual mini kegs. It also allows for easy collection and re-use of the yeast in another beer.

 
Love the video. The way he talks about what his beer is missing compared to Bass is the same way I describe my ESB what is missing. I'll keep tweaking mine but, not to the point of building a Burton Union setup like he did!

Fantastic video, love the homebrew setup. I've been doing it myself for about 20 years now, it's awesome to see how other people do things differently. Always good to get ideas and learn :)

a bit complicated to build and clean
I have done 4 beers where I leave the lid of my fermenter loose and open it daily to expose it to the atmosphere and scoop the yeast foam off
not sure he mentioned it but using the 6 kegs kegs keeps the diameter to depth ratio in line with a true open ferment
really interesting from 25:00 on watching it in action
waiting to hear all the open fermentation naysayers chime in
