Hey all, I'm looking to brew a Vienna Lager. I've used Vienna malt in Oktoberfests and other german lagers in the past, but not as much of a focal point as in this recipe. I have toyed with cutting out the pils malt and having that 5 lbs be vienna as well. What are your thoughts...
