Does anyone know a supplier of brewing ingredients in Europe that ships to Portugal? I recently tried to order from a shop in Spain, and it’s been a week and they still haven’t shipped my package.

I have a friend in Brazil who would like some of my American homebrew. I'm wondering if anyone has tried to ship homebrew to a friend in Brazil, with or without success. If one is inclined to make fine distinctions I understand it's probably not what one might call "legal" - but is it...
