    How to calculate Mash efficiency?

    I was cooking Neipa with 10 kg of fermentables. Calculator indicate pre boil gravity 1.073, and we get only 1.058. How we can calculate mash efficiency? How we need to get the maximum efficiency in mashing. Thanks.
