    Utilisation is good, boiloff is around 4 liters for 60 minute boil inside, 3.5L outside. Usually start boil around the 21/22 liter mark, so end up around 17 liter-ish (Had a small boiler, recently upgraded) I see where you are coming from, but... if I were to dilute the wort to the pitch level...
