I have a split batch of beer fermenting (ie 2 5 gal carboys) and it would be nice to be able to monitor both carboys from the brew session on a single graph. If this can be done please let me know?

It would nice to be able to display the fermentation graph from a Tilt or other device on your desktop/phone background.

I have a tilt but would like to add the refrigerator temperature using a 3rd party device via the cloud to the fermentation graph. Do you have any hooks that can be used to provide additional data to the graph?
