Oh no! The keg of Spring Cleaner kicked. Time to brew.

This time I just dropped the apple juice on the yeast cake and leftover hops from the IPA I brewed a few weeks ago. Normally, I would dry hop at the end of fermentation to cut down on the bitterness.

My Retirement Ale. A bit underwhelming at first taste. Could be I just had an IPA.

That's what I use when I dont have honey malt around.

Since morebeer.com is a distributor for kegland, I asked morebeer.com to contact them to mfg a 3 gallon all rounder for small batch brewers. They told me they would. Fingers crossed.

Amen to that!!! I'll try and link the recipe. It's kind of a wonky recipe. tried to keep it low ABV and hopping schedule may seem backwards.
