Hi, I'm new here and fairly new to brewing. I used to make up kits bak in the day and they were pretty grim. As my finances improved, I was able to buy "proper" beer, so I stopped making my own. Craft beers have really caught my imagination and I'm now back after a hiatus of about 35 years...
