I am trying to enter a high boil time, 330 min actually, and the system won't let me? It will allow the time to go in and allow me to recalculate the water needed but it won't actually save any of that.

When entering a log entry for either pre-boil or boil complete it tells you the targeted volume, but why not the targeted gravity? This is something I would find useful as I'm always looking back at my recipe to compare. A couple screenshots to explain. Thank you

My mas pH in the recipe is not the same that it was a week ago, it is also not the same as what the mash chemistry page is showing. Any ideas?

I logged temperatures roughly twice a day during my last fermentation under other, these aren't showing up under the fermentation chart? Is there a way to make them show up?

My Brew log default is quarts, any way to change that to gallons. I've had no luck trying to find it in settings.

I do BIAB and would like to know total mash volume (water + grain), this is something that I have to be able to calculate especially for my BIG beers. I would really like to see the strike temp on the print out and recipe overview as well. Thank you
