In the Recipe Calculator, if you are entering hops for a hop stand, what do you enter in the time box? 0 mins, because it's after flame out, or 20 mins (say), because that's the length of the hop stand? Confused of East Kent

I've tried entering the date on the Brew Sessions page. This shows up on the recipe list, but you can't sort the recipes by date brewed, unless I'm mistaken. It's not an option on the sort drop-down.

I've just checked triple scale hydrometers. They are single hydrometers with three scales. I'm looking at sets of three hydrometers, one covers 0 to 40, one 40 to 70, and one 70 to 1000 "degrees of alcohol". Makes such as Sodial and KKmoon. Chinese I believe. Maybe Trump's banned them in the US!

I agree with Mark. I would add: don't bother drilling holes in the fridge walls. The heater cable can go up the condensation drain hole at the back of the fridge and the Inkbird sensor cable is so thin that it can just be trapped by the door seal when you close it.

No, the ones I've seen advertised (Amazon etc) only seem to have an alcohol scale. You're right, you wouldn't want to use the alcohol scale otherwise.

Yes that's right. I keep hard copies of my recipes in a file. Not exactly a ring binder, but something similar. No problem with the old format.
