I always use distelled water because for what I noticed the star san reacts with the minerals in the water. If I use distilled water the star san solution is clear. When I use tapwater it gets cloudy.
I can't stay behind then. My HERMS setup. I got still some improvement to do. I have two gasburners and a electric heater to hold the temp while in mash.

The squares turn red on tje desktop. Doesnt matter when I use a . Or , But only when adding custom. And I noticed this in de recipe editor.
For me at the moment I use the software complete. That what I like about brewersfriend. I don't have pieces i don't use. And gas and electricity imo are overhead costs. So for me they don't have to be in place.
