SO, I spent some time tweaking water profiles. Have a couple set up for my most common brews. In the water calc page, with the grist entered, PH is always where I expect it. However, as soon as I enter that calc into a recipe, it drops a lot - this one...

trying to edit a recipe. Changed attenuation from 80-90%, with no change in calculated FG. Also, when I open the recipe, FG shows as 1.09, but this actually changes to 1.012 when I switch to edit mode.
