Is it accurate to use the temp at bottling, or should this line in the calculator actually be «temp during fermentation»? If I ferment at 20, more co2 will escape than if I ferment at 10, which is my bottling temperature. Any input? I feel like I'm undercarbing a bit, but it might be...
